Therefore, we are happy to exchange or refund any items that have not been altered. When returning an item, please ensure it is packaged securely in its original condition with a copy of the return form filled out and enclosed.
We recommend returned items are sent using a tracked or registered post service. Global Components cannot be held liable for courier charges, customs duties or lost parcels. Although we do not repay delivery charges (except in the unlikely event that your item is faulty), you will not be charged for delivery of the replacement item(s).
